The shadows have to meld, they shouldn't be hard unless there is a stark contrast. Also your'es contrast should be more pronounced. The shdaing isn't dynamic nor varied enough to show that the shoe is 3d, that is round, not flat, particulariliy in the heel & ankle area. Practice shading your basics shapes-- spheres, cones, cubes, and remember, PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE. p. s. establish a light source.
